LONGING FOR LINCOLN PARK

This project consisted of many mini updates including refreshes throughout the kitchen, powder room, primary bedroom, and laundry room. In the kitchen, we refinished the cabinetry with fresh paint colors, leveled out the peninsula to create a larger surface area, with new quartz countertops, and installed new undercabinet lighting, pendants and fresh bronze hardware finishes. We also added some custom cabinetry to create a complimentary bar area, and built-in bench storage which utilized a small back entry to provide some mudroom storage in an open concept layout.

In the powder room, we refinished the vanity, replaced the sink, faucet, mirror, and vanity light and installed a new understated wallcovering.

In the primary bedroom, we created a custom paneled wall for a beautiful headboard style backdrop and seamlessly incorporated floating nighstands and hanging pendants with a calming color palette.
