COTTAGE CHARM IN THE CITY
Our client had just moved into their new home and wanted to refresh the space without a full renovation. To breathe new life into the kitchen, we painted the existing cabinetry a soft sage green, instantly adding warmth and personality. Swapping out the light fixtures helped shift the overall style from stark and modern to a more inviting, transitional look.
We preserved the original maple hardwood floors but gave them a custom darker stain to bring in depth and a hint of cottage charm. Throughout the space, we carefully balanced vintage-inspired touches with updated elements to create a home that feels fresh, lived-in, and uniquely personal. In the adjoining bath, we introduced a bold traditional floral wallpaper and a navy fluted vanity, giving the space a dramatic, tailored edge that ties in beautifully with the home’s new direction.
