We remodeled a basement bathroom and finished out a basement level including adding a bedroom. The client wanted to create a guest suite and more living space in their basement. We framed out a bedroom and living room, leveled the floors, added radiant heating and new waterproof LVL flooring, and renovated the existing bathroom that was original to when the home was built.
