ROSCOE ROOFTOP

This project consisted of recreating a new roofdeck and began with reframing an entire new subfloor and installing new composite decking, as well as a custom designed perogola to allow coverage as well as entertaining opportunuty with a protected TV and large enough for a sectional sofa. We designed and created a custom built in bar facing south to frame the city views and selected special quatzite countertops that look beautiful and also are durable enough for exterior elements. All the existing exposed siding was painted to vibe with a new color palette and provide contrast with materials, including the composite floors.
We specified lighting throughout the space including wall sconce lighting, integrated floor lighting, decorative lighting in the pergola, and accent string lights to highlight the open areas.
